基于虚拟仿真实验的课程思政探索与实践——以“重走长征路”项目管理沙盘为例

Conducting Curriculum Ideology and Politics through Virtual Simulation Experiments——The case of project management sand table "Long March Retaken"

本文以“重走长征路”项目管理沙盘虚拟仿真实验的设计开发与应用为例,探索实验教学与课程思政相融合的有效方法与途径。该实验基于项目管理等课程教学目标,将红军长征作为具体项目管理的背景,构建虚拟仿真环境。通过“四式导引”实验教学方法,学生在“重走长征路”沙盘互动中完成项目管理的全程性实践,深度体验项目管理。实践表明,该方法在提升学生综合运用项目管理知识技能的同时,弘扬了红色文化,传承了红色基因,对完成“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的课程思政目标具有建设性的借鉴意义。

This research focuses on applying the project management sand table experiment "Long March Retaken" to curriculum ideology and politics.Based on the teaching objectives of project management and other courses,this experiment constructed a virtual simulation environment of the Red Army Long March.Through the experimental teaching method of "four types of guidance",students completed the whole practice of project management in the "Long March Retaken" experiment.We found that this method not only improved students’comprehensive use of project management knowledge and skills,but also carried forward the red culture and the red genes.The research results shed light on realizing the Curriculum Ideology and Politics goal of "who to cultivate,how to cultivate,and for whom to cultivate".
