以现代工程能力为导向,在新时代背景下对土木工程人才培养模式进行探索和实践,通过实施专业分流和“3+1”“3+X”的卓越工程师计划,发掘不同类型专业课程思政元素,增设创新创业教育、土木工程前沿、现代工程设计等双创课程和新工科课程,进行“教学科研一体化”“实习就业一体化”,优化更新教师知识结构,优化和完善教师评价机制,增强学生的主体责任意识和职业道德,提升学生的工程能力和创新能力。对现代工程能力内涵和达成途径的论述,可为其他相关院校土木工程人才培养提供有效的借鉴和参考。

Guided by modern engineering capabilities,explore and practice the civil engineering talent training model under the background of the new era,explore the ideological and political elements of different types of professional courses through the implementation of professional diversion and excellent engineer plans,add innovative courses and new engineering courses,carry out "integration of teaching and research"and "integration of internship and employment",optimize teachers’ knowledge structure,improve teacher evaluation mechanism,enhance students’ awareness of subject responsibility and professional ethics,and improve students’ engineering ability and innovation ability.The discussion on the connotation of modern engineering ability and the way to achieve it can provide reference for other universities.
