摘要
文章讨论职业教育的古今概念内涵,从古代教育体系追溯职业教育发端,通过分析儒家对于君子培养的教育内容提炼出古代教育的核心是“君子”品格的养成,而这个层面涉及职业教育的是“六艺”中的“射”和“御”。古代职业教育与君子的养成又是可以合二为一的,用孔子的话来说就是“君子儒”。文章追溯当代职业教育的进程,并对比古今职教概念内涵的差异,明确新时代职业教育的人才需求应是具有德行第一、时代情怀以及具有新时代工匠精神的职业人才。
This paper discusses the ancient and modern connotations of vocational education,tracing the origins of vocational education from the ancient education system.The Six Arts of Vocational Education are“archery”and“riding”.In ancient times,vocational education and the formation of the gentleman could be combined into one,in the words of Confucius,“Junzi Ru”.The article traces the process of contemporary vocational education and compares the changes in the connotation of vocational education in the past and the present,and clarifies that the demand for vocational education talents in the new era should be virtue first,the sentiment of the times and the craftsmanship of the new era.
