摘要
文章分析了中青年教师参与教育研究的价值与困境,根据中青年教师的身份与特征进一步提出了以实践性见识为轴心展开教育研究,以教育叙事的研究方式凝练教学经验,选择适切教育理念进行教学实践尝试以及转化他人教学思想达致教学智慧生成的中青年教师参与教育研究的主要方式。
This paper analyzes the value and dilemma of young and middle-aged teachers’participation in teaching research units.According to the identity and characteristics of young and middle-aged teachers,it further proposes to carry out educational research centering on practice,condense teaching experience in the way of educational narrative research,and select appropriate educational concepts for teaching practice.And the main ways for young and middle-aged teachers to participate in educational research by transforming others’teaching thoughts to achieve teaching wisdom.
