摘要
随着时代变革,发展智慧工会乃是大势所趋,也是具体所向。智慧工会让职工服务体系逐步智能化,更能激发工会干部的自主性,促进工会精神文化的发展,普通职工都能享受到更多、更实惠的常态化服务,而且这些服务更为便捷而精准。不仅延续了线下的服务,还增添了线上的服务,打开了双渠道服务的新格局,形成优势互补。文章选取杭州市总工会为研究对象,紧紧围绕“互联网+”时代下如何建设智慧工会展开探讨,以期所得方法和路径能为建设智慧工会带来一定借鉴意义。
With the change of the times,the development of intelligent trade unions is the general trend and the specific direction.The intelligent trade union makes the workers’service system gradually intelligent,better stimulates the autonomy of trade union cadres,promotes the development of trade union spiritual culture,and ordinary workers can enjoy more and more affordable regular services,and these services are more convenient and precise.Not only do they continue the offline services,but they also add online services,opening up a new pattern of dual-channel services and forming a complementary advantage.This paper selects the Hangzhou City Federation of Trade Unions as the research object,and closely focuses on how to build a wisdom union in the era of“Internet+”to explore the methods and paths obtained in order to bring some reference significance to the construction of wisdom unions.
