慢性免疫性血小板减少症患儿机体免疫功能变化情况研究

Study on the changes of immune function in children with chronic immune thrombocytopenia

目的研究慢性免疫性血小板减少症患儿机体免疫功能变化情况。方法回顾性选择49例慢性免疫性血小板减少症患儿临床资料作为观察组,收集同期进行体检的33例健康儿童体检资料作为健康对照组,比较2组一般资料、体液免疫指标、细胞免疫指标及T淋巴细胞相关因子水平。结果观察组外周血血小板(PLT)、自然杀伤细胞(NK)、调节性T细胞(Treg)、CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)水平、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)及血清白介素-10(IL-10)水平低于健康对照组(P<0.05),血清免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、白介素-17A(IL-17A)水平及外周血B细胞水平高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性免疫性血小板减少症患儿机体存在体液免疫、细胞免疫及T淋巴细胞相关因子水平异常,可能与慢性免疫性血小板减少症的发病有关。

Objective To study the changes of immune function in children with chronic immune thrombocytopenia.Methods The clinical data of 49 children with chronic immune thrombocytopenia treated in our hospital from January 2019 to February 2021 were collected retrospectively as the observation group,and the physical examination data of 33 healthy children who underwent physical examinations in the same period were collected as the healthy control group.The general data,humoral immunity indicators,cellular immunity indicators and T lymphocyte related factors were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of peripheral blood platelets(PLT),natural killer cells(NK),regulatory T cells(Treg),CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)and serum interleukin-10(IL-10)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum immunoglobulin G(IgG),interleukin-17A(IL-17A)and B cells in peripheral blood were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Children with chronic immune thrombocytopenia have abnormal levels of humoral immunity,cellular immunity and T lymphocyte related factors,which may be related to the pathogenesis of chronic immune thrombocytopenia.
