体育美育浸润行动师资培训模式实践研究

Research on the Practice of Teacher Training Mode Based on the Sports and Aesthetic Infiltrating Education

乡村体育美育师资队伍建设是教育部体育美育浸润行动计划的四大任务之一,长沙师范学院为试点学校之一。根据帮扶的辰溪县域学校体育美育师资队伍建设状况调研结果,按照体育美育浸润行动计划关于师资队伍建设的要求,拟定了“长期+短期”“线上+线下”的培训模式。通过定期送陪到县、线上授课和随岗研修,针对性开展“浸润式”体育美育师资培训,着力解决专兼职体育美育教师的学科素质短板、教学技能提升和教育理念创新问题,为乡村体育美育高质量发展赋能。

The teaching staff construction of sports and aesthetic infiltrating education in rural areas is one of the four major tasks in the action plan of sports and aesthetic infiltrating education of the Ministry of Education.Changsha Normal University is one of the pilot schools. According to the investigation results of the teaching staff construction of sports and aesthetic infiltrating education in the supported schools of Chenxi County, Changsha Normal University formulates the training mode of “long term + short term” and “online + offline” in accordance with the requirements of the action plan of the teaching staff construction of sports and aesthetic infiltrating education. Through the regular collective training, the online teaching and the post training, the university carries out targeted teacher training of sports and aesthetic infiltrating education, focuses on solving the problems such as the subject quality shortcoming, the teaching skills improvement, and the educational concept innovation of the fulltime and part-time sports and aesthetic education teachers, so as to empower the high-quality development of rural sports and aesthetic education.
