摘要
随着“一带一路”倡议不断深入推进,以川藏线为代表的重大战略工程面临前所未有的挑战,亟须培养具有国际视野的高素质复合型工程地质人才,这也是当前新工科建设的基本出发点。以西南交通大学地质工程专业的“构造地质学”课程建设为例,阐述了面对新形势下将传统的理学教学模式逐步转换到新工科建设背景下的教学改革探索。通过凝练专业术语讲解和优化理论授课,增加实践环节、引入新技术和新方法、推广穿插式专业英语环节等,充分提高学生的专业素养能力及国际化视野。基于上述初步教学改革,取得了较好的改革成效,以期对相关院校地质工程方向的构造地质学类课程建设具有借鉴意义。
With the continuous deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative, some major projects such as the Sichuan-Tibet railway are facing unprecedented challenges. Therefore, it is urgent to cultivate high-quality engineering-geology talents with international vision, which is also the key point of the current “emerging engineering education” construction. This paper is focused on the construction of Structural Geology course of the geological engineering major of Southwest Jiaotong University. It expounds the teaching reform that transforms the traditional teaching mode to the teaching mode under the background of “emerging engineering education”construction. Through improving professional terminology and theoretical teaching, adding practice links,introducing new technologies and methods, and promoting interspersed professional English teaching, we can improve students’ professional quality and ability and international vision. Based on the above teaching reform,good reform results have been achieved. This study can provide some reference for the construction of the similar structural geology courses in other colleges and universities.
