摘要
针对当前新工科和创新创业教育背景下复合材料与工程专业综合实验课程中航空复合材料热压罐成型实验的教学特点,分析了复合材料热压罐成型虚拟仿真实验的必要性和实用性。南昌航空大学复合材料与工程专业紧跟高校实验教学新步伐,将信息技术融入实验教学,建设具有航空特色的复合材料飞机垂尾热压罐成型虚拟仿真实验教学项目。对该虚拟仿真实验的实验系统、实验方法、教学设计和教学过程进行探索,克服传统实验教学的弊端,从而提升实验教学效果,培养学生创新精神和实践能力。
Aiming at the teaching characteristics of aviation composite autoclave forming experiment in the comprehensive experiment course of composite materials and engineering major under the background of“emerging engineering education”and the innovation and entrepreneurship education,the necessity and practicality of the virtual simulation experiment of composite autoclave forming are analyzed.The composite materials and engineering major of Nanchang Hangkong University keeps up with the new pace of experiment teaching in colleges and universities,integrates information technology into experiment teaching,and builds a virtual simulation experiment teaching project of composite material aircraft vertical tail autoclave molding with aviation characteristics.The experiment system,the experiment method,the teaching design and the teaching process of the virtual simulation experiment are explored to overcome the disadvantages of traditional experiment teaching,thereby improving the effect of experiment teaching and cultivating the innovative spirit and the practical ability of students.
