“财务管理”课程思政实践路径优化研究——以湖北文理学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 “财务管理”是财务管理专业的核心课程,挖掘其课程思政元素及优化实施路径,有利于培养卓越的财务管理人才,构建系统的思想政治教育格局和提高教师的育人能力。基于湖北文理学院财务管理课程思政的实施现状,以问卷的形式分析了课程思政实施情况中存在的差异较大、思政元素融入方式欠灵活、思想政治教育效果有待提高等问题,并提出落实“双大纲”、编写思想政治教材进一步将课程思政建设落到实处、打造高水平的思想政治教师队伍和完善课程思政评价机制等建议。 Financial Management is the core course of financial management major. Exploring its ideological and political elements and optimizing its implementation path will help cultivate outstanding financial management talents, build a systematic ideological and political education pattern, and improve teachers’ educational ability.Based on the current implementation situation of the “curriculum ideological and political education” in the course of Financial Management in Hubei University of Arts and Science, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the form of questionnaire, such as the great difference in the implementation of the “curriculum ideological and political education”, the lack of flexibility in the integration of ideological and political elements, and the not satisfactory effect of ideological and political education. Some suggestions are put forward, such as putting the construction of “curriculum ideological and political education” into practice, compiling more ideological and political education materials, training a high level teaching team of ideological and political teachers, and perfecting the evaluation mechanism of “curriculum ideological and political education”.
