在信息不完整、信息不对称的社会治安环境中,社会治安治理存在一些突出问题,阻碍了社会的和谐稳定发展。通过分析我国社会治安治理的“情报主导警务”思想,剖析社会治安治理中信息不对称的形成原因,研究公安机关和人民群众的合作博弈以及公安机关与违法犯罪嫌疑人的非合作博弈过程,可呈现信息不对称条件下公安机关、人民群众、违法犯罪嫌疑人等各方在动态博弈过程中的策略选择,阐释社会治安治理中情报信息博弈的关系与价值。

In the social public security environment with incomplete information and asymmetric information,there are some prominent problems in social public security governance,which hinder the harmonious and stable development of society.Through analyzing the social public security governance thought of"Intelligence-Led Policing"in China,dissecting the causes of information asymmetry in social public security governance,researching the cooperative game process between the public security organs and people and the non-cooperative game process between the public security organs and criminal suspects,it can present the strategic choices of public security organs,people,criminal suspects and other parties in the dynamic game process under the condition of asymmetric information,and explain the relationship and value of intelligence and information games in social public security governance.
