浅谈喀斯特山区森林草原火灾预防处置机制构建——以贵阳贵安为例

Discussion on the Construction of Forest and Grassland Fire Preventive Mechanisms in the Karst Mountain Area——Taking Gui’an,Guiyang as an Example

森林是生态系统的重要组成部分,森林火灾的预防与扑救,是保护森林资源的首要任务,是国家应急管理的重要内容,事关人民生命财产和森林资源安全。贵阳贵安秉持“预防为主、防灭结合、高效扑救、安全第一”的森林防灭火工作方针,进一步健全完善防范措施,优化整合各方力量,构建市、县、乡运行顺畅的森林火灾预防处置机制,指导贵阳贵安森林防灭火工作规范科学运行。

Forest is an important part of the ecosystem.The prevention and fighting of forest fires are the primary task of protecting forest resources and important part of national emergency management,which are related to people’s lives and property and the safety of forest resources.Holding the working principle of forest fire prevention and fighting featuring“putting prevention first,combining prevention with fighting,responding in an efficient way,and taking safety as a priority”,Gui’an,Guiyang City,further improves the prevention measures,optimizes and integrates efforts of all parties,and builds a forest fire prevention and response mechanism that runs smoothly at the city,county and township levels,guiding the fire prevention and fighting work of Gui’an to be operated regularly and scientifically.
