细胞外囊泡是细胞分泌的膜状亚细胞结构,富含蛋白质、核酸和脂质分子等,能介导细胞间信息传递,是近年来的研究热点。目前研究发现,血小板能通过分泌细胞外囊泡,与周围环境的细胞和组织作用,参与多种疾病的发展。阐明血小板衍生细胞外囊泡在疾病中的作用具有重要的临床意义。本文对血小板衍生细胞外囊泡在疾病中的功能和机制进行综述,以期为今后该领域的深入研究和临床应用提供帮助。

Extracellular vesicles are membranous subcellular structures secreted by cells.They are rich in proteins,nucleic acids and lipid molecules.They can mediate information transfer between cells and have become a research hotspot in recent years.At present,studies have found that platelets can participate in the development of various diseases by secreting extracellular vesicles and interacting with cells and tissues in the surrounding environment.Elucidating the role of platelet-derived extracellular vesicles in disease has important clinical implications.In this article,the functions and mechanisms of platelet-derived extracellular vesicles in diseases are reviewed to provide help for further research and clinical applications in this field in the future.
