采用浮船坞下水动态压载调节计算方法

摘要 在建127 m客滚船采用浮船坞下水,由于浮船坞储备浮力不足,无法按常规压载舱排水方案实现船舶拉移上坞作业。经研究分析,确定利用码头承台承托力、涨潮浮力,并根据力矩平衡原理,使用Excel编制公式,精确模拟计算船舶拉移速度、浮船坞压载调节方案,确定船舶下水可行性并为下水过程动态压载调节等工作提供数据支撑。 The weight of the 127 m Ro/Ro passenger ship under construction has reached the ultimate lifting force of the floating dock,and the floating dock has insufficient reserve buoyancy,so it is impossible to pull the ship up to the dock according to the conventional ballast tank drainage scheme.After research and analysis,this paper utilizes the bearing force of wharf cap,the buoyancy of rising tide and the principle of moment balance,writes formulas in Excel,accurately simulates and calculates the ship pulling speed and the ballast adjustment scheme of the floating dock to determine the feasibility of launching the ship and the related preparations.
