摘要
采用CIVA仿真软件,对100 mm奥氏体不锈钢角焊缝试块和120 mm高强钢对接焊缝试块,进行声场模拟与缺陷检出能力仿真,并优化检测工艺和辅助超声信号分析。根据仿真结果,采用线性相控阵探头和MX3+M2M超声成像系统对试块进行检测,并对检测结果进行解剖验证。实验表明,CIVA仿真结果、相控阵超声系统检测结果和解剖实验吻合度较高,为大厚度高强钢和奥氏体不锈钢焊缝内部缺陷的相控阵超声检测提供了一种思路。
The CIVA simulation software is used to simulate the sound field and defect detection capability of 100 mm austenitic stainless steel fillet weld test blocks and 120 mm high-strength steel butt weld test blocks,and the detection process and auxiliary ultrasound signal analysis are optimized.Based on the simulation results,the test blocks are inspected by using a linear phased-array probe and MX3+M2M ultrasound imaging system,and the inspection results are verified by dissection.The experiment shows that the CIVA simulation results and phased-array ultrasonic system test results are in good agreement with the dissection result.This method provides a new way to detect the defects in weld of large-thickness high-strength steel and austenitic stainless steel.
