摘要
本文基于65 t拖力全回转拖轮建造项目轮机管路设计放样工作,应用船舶产品设计软件(SPD)进行机舱区域轮机管路的专业建模、碰撞检查、输出生产施工零件及安装图纸,指导现场制造、安装、施工管理,提高船舶管系生产效率,缩短生产周期,减少施工过程中的碰撞、安装错误和工期延误损失,探讨SPD在船舶管路放样中的应用。
Based on the construction of the 65 t full swing tugboat,for the deepening of the design and lofting of the turbine pipeline of it,3D design technology of the SPD ship design software is used for professional modeling,collision check,output of production and construction parts and installation drawings for the engine room area turbine pipeline for the purpose of guiding on-site manufacturing,installation and construction management.To improve the production efficiency of ship piping system,shorten the production cycle,reduce the collision,error and delay loss during the ship construction process,this paper discusses the practice and application of the SPD in ship pipeline lofting.
