摘要
有效践行乡村振兴战略,需要一个好的商业模式去构建企业、村集体与农户的利益联结机制,调动各方积极性,从而可持续性扩大农业所能带来的社会价值、环境价值与经济价值。以有农公司为例,聚焦连接土地之上的人及其活动,探索社会企业商业模式创新驱动乡村振兴的机制与策略。研究发现:优化乡村振兴机制应探索土地之外的因素,而商业模式设计就是一个有助于实现乡村振兴的重要因素;可应用于乡村振兴的商业模式难以一蹴而就,需要一个迭代创新的过程;面向乡村振兴的商业模式调整优化方向在于调动企业、村集体与农户积极性。
The effective implementation of the rural revitalization strategy entails a good business model,which could build the interest connection mechanism between enterprises,village collectives and farmers,and generate the enthusiasm of all parties,so as to sustainably expand the social,environmental and economic value of agriculture.Taking YouNong Company as an example,this paper focuses on the persons and their activities which are connected to the land,and explores the mechanism and strategy of rural revitalization driven by business model innovation of social enterprise.The findings are as follows:the mechanism of rural revitalization should be explored from factors other than land,and the optimal design of business model is helpful to achieve rural revitalization;The business model that can be applied to rural revitalization entails an iterative process of innovation,which cannot be achieved overnight;It is necessary to arouse the enthusiasm of enterprises,village collectives and farmers in business model adjustment and optimization for rural revitalization.
