党的十九届四中全会明确提出,要加强制度理论研究和宣传教育,坚定制度自信。这为综合性人文社会科学学术期刊提出了新的办刊使命。综合性人文社会科学学术期刊要紧紧抓住中国特色社会主义制度的伟大实践与探索,以更大的政治勇气与学术担当,充分发挥期刊的“综合性”这一显著特征,更好引领制度理论研究、展示制度建设与发展新成果,努力成为坚定制度自信的强大思想理论阵地,这也是制度自信视域下综合性人文社会科学学术期刊的学术自觉。

The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China clearly puts forward that it is necessary to strengthen the research on institutional theory,and enhance our confidence in the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics,which launches new missions for the comprehensive academic journals of humanities and social sciences.Specifically,this type of journal should firmly adhere to the great practice and exploration of socialism with Chinese characteristics,giving full play to the distinctive feature of“comprehensiveness”with greater political courage and academic responsibility.In addition,it should offer a better platform for the research of institutional theory,display new achievements in institutional construction and development,and strive to become a powerful ideological and theoretical front to defend our confidence in the system.These new missions also reflect the academic consciousness of the comprehensive academic journals of humanities and social sciences from the perspective of confidence in the system.
