加氢站用高压气态储氢容器标准体系现状分析和若干建议 被引量:4

摘要 高压储氢作为氢能产业中的重要环节之一,对我国氢能产业的发展起着至关重要的作用。基于标准在引领氢能技术进步、引导产业变革、指引氢能发展方向中的重要性,我国和其他国家已开始进行高压气态储氢容器标准的研究制定工作。从高压气态储氢容器材料、设计制造、在役检验、管理维护等方面,对国内外现有的高压气态储氢容器标准进行了对比,阐述了我国在高压气态储氢容器材料、建造、在役检验及管理维护等方面的标准的优势和劣势,并对我国未来高压气态储氢容器标准化工作提出了若干建议。 As one of the important links in hydrogen energy industry, high pressure hydrogen storage vessel plays a vital role in the development of hydrogen energy industry in China.Due to the importance of the standard in leading the progress of hydrogen technology and the industrial transformation and guiding development direction of hydrogen energy, China and many other countries in the world have started to develop standards for high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels.The existing standards for high pressure hydrogen storage vessels at home and abroad were compared from the aspects of materials, design and manufacture, in-service inspection, management and maintenance.The advantages and disadvantages of the standards in materials, construction, in-service inspection, management and maintenance of high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels in China were described, and some suggestions were proposed for the standardization of high-pressure hydrogen storage vessels in the future.
