摘要 师范类专业合作认证工作的开展,有利于推动我国高等教育质量体系构建,进一步提升专业人才的教育品质。虽然师范类专业认证一直在不断推进,但当前小学教育专业培养上仍然面临着课程设置脱节、实践能力不足、人才模式单一等问题。在专业认证基础上提升人才培养品质时,可在规划培养目标、构建课程体系、丰富实践资源、量化岗位考核等方面,根据本校实况制定创新对策。 The development of cooperative certification of normal majors is conducive to promoting the construction of China's higher education quality system and further improving the educational quality of professionals.Although the professional certification of normal education has been continuously promoted,the training of primary education specialty is still facing some problems,such as the disconnection of curriculum,the lack of practical ability,the single talent model and so on.When improving the quality of talent training on the basis of professional certification,we can formulate innovative countermeasures according to the actual situation of the University in terms of planning training objectives,constructing curriculum system,enriching practical resources and quantifying post assessment.
