小学班级家长委员会建构及运作的困境与突破

The Dilemma and Breakthrough of the Construction and Operation of Parent Committee of Primary School Class

在家校共育、教育民主化理念深入人心的背景下,家长委员会成为家校合作的重要途径,在家长、教师及学校之间发挥着重要的作用。目前,我国中小学校的家委会研究起步较晚、发展还不成熟,小学班级家长委员会的建构及运作也面临着诸多问题,如选举方式不规范、职能发挥层次低、工作内容不透明、监管机制缺失、活动内容不丰富等。本文针对以上问题,对小学班级家长委员会的构建及运作两方面提出具体的应对策略,以期为今后小学班级家长委员会工作提供指导建议。

Under the background of education democratization,the parent committee has become an important way for home-school cooperation and plays an important role among parents,teachers and schools.At present,the research on parent committees in primary and secondary schools has started late and its development is immature.The construction and operation of parent committees in primary schools also faces many problems,such as irregular election methods,low levels of functioning,opaque work content,and the content of the activities is not rich.In response to the above problems,this paper proposes specific work strategies for the construction and operation of the primary school class parent committee,in order to provide guidance and suggestions for the future work of the primary school class parent committee.
