温敏性W/O/W型多重乳液的制备及其对维生素C的控释性 被引量:1

摘要 采用泊洛沙姆水溶液构建多重乳液内水相,碳酸二辛酯为油相,去离子水为外水相,分别选用两种W/O和O/W型乳化剂制备了具有温敏性的多重乳液体系,探讨了乳化剂、油相及W/O相的质量分数对乳液稳定性的影响。将维生素C包裹于多重乳液中,研究了多重乳液对维生素C的缓释作用。当两种W/O型乳化剂质量分数分别为3%、1%,油相质量分数为55%,两种O/W型乳化剂总质量分数为2%,质量比为2∶1,W/O相的质量分数为40%时,得到稳定性最佳的多重乳液,乳液平均粒径为(6.4±0.5)μm,电位绝对值为(33.3±0.3)mV。在模拟体表温度下,该温敏性多重乳液表现出更稳定的维生素C释放速率,12 h内的累积释放率高于90%,可作为维生素C等活性物质的理想缓释载体应用于化妆品生产。 A type of multiplex emulsion system,with temperature-sensitive phase transition property,was constructed from two types of W/O and O/W emulsions using poloxamer gel as internal water phase,dioctyl carbonate as oil phase and water as external water phase.The effects of emulsifiers,oil phase and mass percentages of W/O phases on the stability of the W/O/W multiple emulsions were discussed.Vitamin C was encapsulated into the emulsions and its sustained release behavior was also analyzed.The optimized preparing conditions were listed as the follows:3%or 1%W/O emulsions,55%dioctyl carbonate,2%water-soluble emulsifiers with a mass ratio of 2∶1,40%W/O phase.Under these conditions,the average particle sizes and zeta potentials of the prepared emulsions were(6.4±0.5)μm and(33.3±0.3)mV,respectively.The results showed that the multiple emulsions exhibited a slow-release behavior to vitamin C,which could cumulative release 90%of vitamin C within 12 h.The W/O/W multiple emulsion system could be used as an ideal sustained-release carrier to active substances like vitamin C in cosmetics industry.
