摘要
以聚碳硅烷、二乙烯基苯、有机硅树脂为主体,二甲苯为溶剂,添加无机填料进行改性制备出了涂料溶液,用喷涂法将涂料溶液涂覆到石英纤维增强石英陶瓷复合材料样块表面上,通过固化获得复合涂层。利用SEM对涂层的微观结构进行表征,利用万能试验机对其弯曲强度进行测试,并通过附着力测试、防潮性能测试以及激光烧蚀测试研究了其他性能。结果表明,涂层的附着力、防潮性能较为优异,弯曲强度较空白样普遍提高5%,且经1000 W连续激光照射后8 s后仍有良好的附着力。
The coating solution was prepared using polycarbosilane,divinylbenzene and silicone resin as the main body,xylene as the solvent and adding inorganic fillers for modification.The coating solution was coated on the surface of quartz fiber reinforced quartz ceramic composite by spraying method,and the composite coating was obtained by curing.The microstructure and the bending strength of the coating were characterized by SEM and universal testing machine,respectively.The other properties were studied by adhesion test,moisture resistance test and laser ablation test.The results showed that the coating has excellent adhesion and moisture resistance,and the bending strength is generally 5%higher than that of the blank sample.The coating still has good adhesion at 1000 W continuous laser irradiation after 8 s.
