模拟CMAS腐蚀用玻璃的制备及其析晶性能

摘要 通过模拟空气中沙粒的成分设计了玻璃配方,采用熔融-冷却法制备了钙镁铝硅酸盐玻璃(CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2),CMAS),采用密度天平、显微硬度仪、卧式膨胀仪、X射线衍射仪、红外光谱仪、热重分析仪等对制备的CMAS性能进行了分析,根据差热分析结果确定玻璃的析晶动力学参数和热处理温度,从析晶动力学角度研究析晶性能。结果表明,所制备的CMAS玻璃密度为2.88 g/cm^(3);显微硬度为642.4 Hv_(0.1);玻璃的转变温度和软化点分别为755和801℃,玻璃在760℃开始析晶,在900℃左右完全析晶,析出的晶相主要是辉石(β-CaSiO_(3))和透辉石(CaMg(SiO_(3))_(2))。 The glass formula was designed by simulating the composition of sand particles in the air,and calcium magnesium aluminum silicate glass(CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2),CMAS)was prepared by melt-cooling method.The properties of the prepared CMAS were analyzed by density balance,microhardness tester,horizontal dilatometer,X ray diffractometer,infrared spectrometer and thermogravimetric analyzer.According to the results of differential thermal analysis,the crystallization kinetics parameters and heat treatment temperature of the glass were determined,and the crystallization properties were studied from the perspective of crystallization kinetics.The results showed that the density of CMAS glass was 2.88 g/cm^(3)and the microhardness was 642.4 Hv_(0.1).The transition temperature and softening point of the glass were 755 and 801℃,respectively.The CaO-MgO-Al_(2)O_(3)-SiO_(2)glass under this formula started to crystallize at 760℃,and crystallized completely at about 900℃.The crystalline phase precipitated was mainly pyroxene(β-CaSiO_(3))and diopside(CaMg(SiO_(3))_(2)).
