基于无人机低空遥感技术的高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测系统可靠性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测的精度和效率,确保高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测可靠性,文中提出一种基于无人机低空遥感技术的高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测系统。该系统采用无人机低空遥感采集目标图像,通过污染区域边缘轮廓检测和图像分割,识别突发性环境污染程度与区域范围。将特征算子旋转模型与最小二乘法相结合,获得全局运动参数补偿;再利用ORB提取特征点,结合PROSAC算法筛选错误匹配点,去除外点匹配特征点对,获取突发性环境污染扩散测量结果;最后,根据污染物类别与气象条件因素,构建高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测系统。运用无人机采集污染数据原始信号,得到污染物扩散面积及污染质量浓度;通过计算高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测系统的可靠度和总体失效率验证系统的可靠性。实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效提高高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测的精度和效率,确保高速公路突发性环境污染扩散监测可靠性。 An expressway sudden environmental pollution diffusion monitoring system based on UAV low-altitude remote sensing technology is proposed to improve the accuracy and efficiency of expressway sudden environmental pollution diffusion monitoring,and ensure its reliability. In the system,the UAV low-altitude remote sensing technology is used to collect target image,and the edge contour detection and image segmentation of the polluted area are adopted to identify the degree and range of sudden environmental pollution. The rotation model of feature operator and the least square method are combined to obtain the global motion parameter compensation. The ORB is used to extract the feature points,and PROSAC algorithm are combined to screen the wrong matching points,remove the external matching feature point pairs,and obtain the monitoring results of sudden environmental pollution diffusion. An expressway sudden environmental pollution diffusion monitoring system is constructed according to the types of pollutants and meteorological conditions. The UAV is used to collect the original signal of pollution data to obtain the pollutant diffusion area and pollution mass concentration. The reliability of the expressway sudden environmental pollution diffusion monitoring system is verified by calculating its reliability and overall failure rate. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively improve the accuracy and efficiency of expressway sudden environmental pollution diffusion monitoring and ensure its reliability.
