化疗药物安全使用智能提示系统创建及效果评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的 评价基于药师视角创建的化疗药物临床安全使用智能提示系统(以下简称系统)在护士站的应用效果。方法 通过信息平台交互的方式创建系统,根据使用时间段分为2020年5月至10月(使用前)和2020年11月至2021年4月(使用后)。采用问卷调查法,选取该院使用量排名前20的化疗药物制作调查问卷,对该院400名护士开展问卷调研,比较系统使用前后化疗药物规范使用情况,护理人员对化疗药物知识掌握情况、化疗药物药品不良反应发生情况,以及护理人员满意度。结果 共发放问卷400份,回收400份,回收率为100.00%。护理人员系统使用率为96.00%。护理人员化疗药物规范使用实践操作正确率,包括避光滴注、成品储存方式、成品储存时间、输注时间、给药顺序较系统使用前均显著提升(P <0.01);护理人员对化疗药物知识掌握情况,包括化疗药物避光滴注、成品储存方式、成品储存时间、输注时间、特殊输液器、给药顺序,较系统使用前均显著提升(P <0.01);护理人员整体满意度为98.50%。使用后化疗药物药品不良反应发生率较使用前降低了18.86%。结论 该系统是药师借助智能化参与临床化疗药物安全使用的有效手段,可促进护理人员规范使用化疗药物,提高患者的用药安全性,是药师开展信息化、智能化服务的实践探索。 Objective To evaluate the application effect of the Intelligent Prompt System for Safe Use of Chemotherapeutic Drugs(hereinafter referred to as the system) established from the perspective of pharmacists in the nurse station.MethodsThe system was established through the interconnection of the information platforms,and the use time of the system was divided into May to October 2020 (before the use of system) and November 2020 to April 2021 (after the use of system).The questionnaire survey method was adopted.The top 20 chemotherapeutic drugs used in the hospital were selected to make a questionnaire,and the 400nursing staff were surveyed to compare the standardized use of chemotherapeutic drugs,the knowledge of nursing staff on chemotherapeutic drugs,the incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic drugs and the satisfaction of nursing staff before and after the use of system.ResultsA total of 400 questionnaires were distributed and recovered,with a recovery rate of 100.00%.The probability of nursing staff using the system was 96.00%.After the use of the system,the correct rate of standardized use of chemotherapeutic drugs by nursing staff such as the infusion without light,the storage method of finished products,the storage time of finished products,the infusion time and the order of administration was significantly higher than that before the use of system(P<0.01).After the use of the system,the chemotherapeutic drugs knowledge of the nursing staff on the infusion without light,the storage method of finished products,the storage time of finished products,the infusion time,the special infusion device and the order of administration was significantly better than that before the use of the system (P<0.01).The overall satisfaction of nursing staff was 98.50%.After the use of the system,the incidence of adverse reactions of chemotherapeutic drugs decreased by18.86%.ConclusionThe system is an effective means for pharmacists to participate in the safe use of clinical chemotherapeutic drugs with the help of intelligence,which can promote the standardized use of chemotherapeutic drugs by nursing staff,improve the drug use safety of patients,and this system is a practical exploration for pharmacists to carry out the informational and intelligent care.
