壮药白桐树多酚提取工艺优化

摘要 为优化壮药白桐树多酚提取工艺,以没食子酸为对照品,采用Folin-Ciocalteu比色法测定白桐树中的多酚含量,再通过提取时间、提取次数及溶剂体积进行单因素实验,最后通过响应面法优化提取工艺.得出试验最佳提取条件:样品的溶剂为水,提取时间为2 h,提取次数为5次,溶剂体积为150 m L.优化的提取工艺操作简单、重复性好,可用于壮药白桐树多酚的有效提取. To optimize the extraction process of polyphenols from Claoxylon indicum,taking the polyphenol content as the index and gallic acid as the reference substance,the polyphenol content in C. indicum was determined by FolinCiocalteu colorimetry. Then single factor experiments were carried out through the extraction time,extraction times and solvent volume. Finally,the extraction process was optimized by response surface methodology. The solvent of the sample was water,the extraction time was 2 h,the extraction times were 5 times,and the solvent volume was 150 m L. The optimized extraction process has the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability,which can be used for the effective extraction of polyphenols from C. indicum.
