瓜类细菌性果斑病生防菌的筛选、鉴定及发酵液抑菌稳定性研究 被引量:1

摘要 为挖掘可用于防治瓜类细菌性果斑病的生物防治资源,从种植西瓜的土壤中分离筛选得到一株对细菌性果斑病病原菌具有较好拮抗作用的菌株BP-12.通过菌落形态学、生理生化特征及16S rRNA序列分析,将菌株BP-12鉴定为解淀粉芽孢杆菌(Bacillus amyloliquefaciens).菌株发酵液抑菌稳定性实验结果表明,菌株BP-12发酵液在40、50、60℃温度条件下、在p H 5~9的环境中,抑菌活性稳定,抑菌圈直径均能达到18.0 mm以上;同时,在紫外线照射6 h内,菌株BP-12发酵液可以保持稳定的抑菌效果.由此可以认为,解淀粉芽孢杆菌BP-12是具有开发和应用潜力的细菌性果斑病生物防治菌株. In order to obtain antagonistic bacteria for the biocontrol of cucurbits bacterial fruit blotch,bacteria from the soil planted with watermelon were isolated. One of the isolates named BP-12 showed good antagonistic effect on the pathogenic bacteria of bacterial fruit blotch. Based on colony morphology,physiological and biochemical characteristics and 16S rRNA sequences analysis,the strain BP-12 was identified as Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.The bacteriostatic stability experiment of the strain fermentation broth showed that under the conditions of 40 ℃,50 ℃,60 ℃ and pH 5-9,the antibacterial activity of strain BP-12 was stable,and the diameter of bacteriostatic circle could reach more than 18.0 mm. Furthermore,the fermentation broth of strain BP-12 could maintain stable antibacterial effect within 6 h of UV irradiation. In summary,B. amyloliquefaciens BP-12 is a biocontrol strain of bacterial fruit blotch with potentials of research and application.
