山西省旅游业发展效率测度及空间差异研究

Study on the Measurement and Spatial Difference of Tourism Development Efficiency in Shanxi Province

采用DEA-Malmquist方法对山西省11个地级市2014-2019年旅游产业发展效率进行综合评价,并运用Dagum基尼系数及其子群分解法对旅游产业发展效率的区域差异及来源进行深入分析.研究结果表明:(1)山西省旅游发展效率总体呈不断上升态势,且技术进步是效率增长的主要源泉.(2)技术效率和技术进步共同推动太原、大同、临汾和长治4市旅游业全要素生产率的提高,其余7市旅游业发展效率提升主要依赖于技术进步.此外,经济发展水平高的地区如太原和大同旅游业发展效率增长幅度反而较低.(3)地区间差异是影响山西旅游发展效率不平衡的主要因素.晋北-晋南以及晋北-晋中的区域间差异在减小,晋中和晋南区域间差异在增大.从区域内差异看,晋北地区的区域内差异最大,晋中和晋南区域内差异相对较小.

The DEA-Malmquist method was used to comprehensively evaluate the development efficiency of tourism industry in 11 prefecture-level cities of Shanxi Province from 2014 to 2019,and the regional differences and sources of tourism industry development efficiency were analyzed by Dagum Gini coefficient and its subgroup decomposition method. The results show that:(1)The overall level of tourism development efficiency in Shanxi Province is on the rise,and technological progress is the main source of efficiency growth.(2)Technical efficiency and technological progress jointly promote the improvement of total factor productivity of tourism in Taiyuan,Datong,Linfen and Changzhi,and the improvement of tourism development efficiency in the other seven cities mainly depends on technological progress. In addition,areas with high economic development level,such as Taiyuan and Datong,have low growth rate of tourism development efficiency.(3)The regional difference is the main factor that affects the imbalance of Shanxi tourism development efficiency. The inter-regional differences of northern Shanxi-southern Shanxi and northern Shanxi-central Shanxi are decreasing,and the inter-regional differences between central Shanxi and southern Shanxi are increasing. From the perspective of intra-regional differences,the intra-regional differences in northern Shanxi are the largest,and the intra-regional differences in central Shanxi and Southern Shanxi are relatively small.
