大医精神助推高职服装设计与工艺专业学生职业素养培育研究

Research on Cultivation of Professional Quality of Students Majoring in Garment Design and Craft in Higher Vocational Colleges Promoted by Spirit of Great Doctors

广大医务工作者白衣执甲,勇敢逆行,视职场如“战场”,将大医精神诠释的淋漓尽致,感动之余更值得学习和弘扬。通过阐述大医精神助推高职服装设计与工艺专业学生职业素养培育研究的意义、研究现状,分析高职服装设计与工艺专业学生职业素养培育现状、特点及大医精神助推该专业学生职业素养培育的应用价值,总结大医精神助推该专业学生职业素养培育的重要举措,构建符合高职院校服装设计与工艺专业人才培养特点和学生职业素养的培养模式。

The majority of medical workers,wearing armor in white,bravely go against the tide,treating the workplace as a“battlefield”,saving the dying and healing the wounded in the front line against time,interpreting the spirit of great doctors incisively and vividly,which is more worth learning and carrying forward.Through elaborating the significance and research status of the professional quality cultivation of the students majoring in garment design and craft in higher vocational colleges with the spirit of great doctors,this paper analyzes the cultivation status of the professional quality and features of the students majoring in garment design and craft,as well as the application value of the spirit of great doctors in the professional quality cultivation of these students,summarizes the important measures of applying the spirit of great doctors into the promotion of the professional quality cultivation,in order to construct the cultivation mode conforming to the characteristics of talent cultivation and professional quality of such students.
