摘要 BPL、BPM长、短波授时系统作为我国重大科技基础设施,承担着我国标准时间、标准频率的发播任务,是国家高精度地基授时系统的重要组成部分和建设基础。多年来,BPL、BPM授时精度及可靠性与授时能力不断提高,具备数据信息播发和授时控制与监测的自动化、信息化管理能力。介绍了两大授时系统的时间频率控制与监测方法、改进后的时号体制、系统可用性、保证可靠授时的措施以及系统达到的性能指标。 As a major scientific and technological infrastructure in China,the BPL and BPM long and short wavelength time service systems are responsible for the broadcasting of China’s standard time and standard frequency.The BPL and BPM systems are also important parts and foundations of the national high-precision land-based time service system.Over the years,the BPL and BPM systems have continuously improved their timing accuracy,reliability and the time-service capabilities,including the capability of information broadcasting,the capability of automatic timing control and monitoring and the capability of information management.In the paper,the methods used to control and monitoring the time and frequency,the time-service capabilities,the improved time signal system,the availability and reliability of the service,and the performance of the two time service systems are introduced.
