关于检定通用计数器测量结果不确定度评定方法的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 在通用计数器检定/校准过程中,测量结果不确定度评定是评价计量检定/校准质量的重要指标。本文针对通用计数器检定/校准过程中需要给出测量结果不确定度的计量需求,以铷原子频率标准装置检定SS7300通用计数器为例,详细介绍了通用计数器相对频率偏差、1 s频率稳定度、频率测量误差和时间间隔测量误差四个重要指标的检定方法,以及测量结果的不确定度评定过程。建立了数学模型,分析了测量结果的不确定度来源,并对测量结果的不确定度进行了计算,给出了评定结果表达形式,并讨论了检定中应注意的几个问题。经实践证明该评定方法准确、有效,可供撰写铷原子频率标准装置建标报告和计数器测量结果不确定度评定方面参考。 During the verification/calibration of general counter,the uncertainty evaluation of measurement results is an important indicator to evaluate the quality of metrological verification/calibration.This paper aims at the measurement requirements of the uncertainty of measurement results in the verification/calibration process of general counter,taking rubidium atomic frequency standard device verifying SS7300 general counter as an example,the verification methods of four important indexes of general counter,relative frequency deviation,1 s frequency stability,frequency measurement error and time interval error are introduced in detail,and the uncertainty evaluation process of measurement results.The mathematical model is established,and the source of uncertainty of measurement results is analyzed and calculated,and the expression of the evaluation results is given,and several problems needing attention in measurement are discussed.The practice shows that the evaluation method is accurate and effective,which can be used as a reference for writing the standard establishment report of rubidium atomic frequency standard device and evaluating the uncertainty of counter measurement results.
