“双一流”背景下高校校友资源拓展提质升级对策——以大连海事大学为例

Measures to Improve and Upgrade University Alumni Resources with the Background of"Double Top University Plan":Taking Dalian Maritime University as an Example——Taking Dalian Maritime University as an Example

结合高校“双一流”建设的要求,针对大连海事大学校友资源拓展工作中存在的重视程度不够、人员配置不足、服务功能薄弱等问题,分析该校加强校友资源拓展的举措和成效。近年来,通过加强文件宣贯、做好顶层设计、提升服务水平、科学使用基金等举措,大连海事大学的校友资源拓展工作初见成效,捐赠收入有较大的增长趋势。并提出以大数据驱动校友资源拓展、大力提升服务校友的能力、弘扬特色校友文化等进一步加强校友资源拓展工作的对策,以期为高校校友资源拓展工作提质升级提供新的思路和着力点。

In view of insufficient attention,inadequate personnel arrangement and weak service in the expansion of alumni resources,the measures and results of strengthening this work are analyzed according to the requirements of "double top university plan".In recent years,through strengthening the publicity and implementation of documents,promoting top-level design,improving the service quality,rational use of funds and other measures,the alumni resource expansion work of Dalian Maritime University has achieved initial expectations,and the donation income has greatly increased.Some effective measures have been taken to further strengthen the expansion of alumni resources,such as to build the alumni resource data sharing platform,to vigorously improve the ability to serve alumni,to promote alumni culture and so on,in order to provide new ideas and focus to improve and upgrade the work.
