新时代网络新媒体生态现状分析及其治理研究

RESEARCH ON THE CURRENT SITUATION AND GOVERNANCE OF NETWORK NEW MEDIA ECOLOGY IN THE NEW ERA

网络空间的虚拟性与超时空特性拓展和延伸了人类活动交流的空间。网络新媒体搭建的传播与交互平台重构和影响着人们的生活方式、思维方式、话语方式,又使得虚拟生存成为个体越来越普遍化的社会生存状态,从而也成为网络空间治理的新生场域。本文基于网络新媒体传播的生态现状与特点,通过透视其当下的治理困境和研判亟需解决的问题,就网络新媒体生态治理提出相关的建议和对策,旨在营造一种健康安全、和谐稳定的网络社会秩序。

The virtuality and super space-time characteristics of cyberspace expand and extend the space for human activity communication.The platform for interactive communication built by new network media makes virtual survival a more universal social survival state for individuals,and reconstructs and affects people’s way of life,way of thinking and way of discourse.Therefore,it has also become a new field for the cultivation of socialist core values.Based on the analysis of the development status and characteristics of the network ecological environment in the network new media space,this paper analyzes the difficulties and problems to be solved in the network ecological governance,and puts forward relevant governance suggestions and countermeasures for the network ecological environment governance,so as to create a healthy,safe,harmonious and stable network social order for the network construction and dissemination of socialist core values.
