档案法治建设的问题与对策

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES IN THE CONSTRUCTIONOF ARCHIVES RULE OF LAW

档案法治建设是档案事业持续健康发展的重要一环,依法治档更是依法治国的重要组成部分。如何进一步加强对档案事业的法治建设,运用好档案法治建设这把武器,不断地规范档案管理工作行为,成为一个十分紧迫的重要课题。本文主要分析了档案法治化建设的现状,并结合南阳市自然资源和规划局具体工作实际提出加强档案法治化建设的对策。

The construction of archives rule of law is an important part of the sustainable and healthy development of archives,and managing archives according to law is an important part of governing the country according to law.How to further strengthen the construction of the rule of law in archives,make good use of the weapon of the construction of the rule of law in archives,and constantly standardize the behavior of archives management has become a very urgent and important topic.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of the construction of archives legalization,and puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the construction of archives legalization in combination with the specific work reality of Nanyang natural resources and Planning Bureau.
