政府质量如何影响大学信任

HOW THE QUALITY OF GOVERNMENT AFFECTS UNIVERSITY TRUST

学术界鲜有运用定量分析方法探析政府质量对大学信任的影响及其作用机制。本研究利用线性回归分析对上海交通大学国际与公共事务学院民意与舆情调查研究中心第七次世界价值观调查数据进行分析,研究发现:测量政府质量的4个指标除了学校教育对大学信任无影响外,其余3个指标都对大学信任产生显著影响。其中腐败感知对大学信任产生抑制作用,政府体制运行满意度和民主满意度对大学信任发挥促进作用。结果表明:好的政府质量背后反映着较强的腐败抑制、民主满意度和政治体制运行满意度,说明关注政府效率和政治自由,提高政府质量的清廉性、公正性、回应性,对重塑大学信任具有重要的启示意义。

Few studies have used quantitative analysis methods to analyze the influence of government quality on university trust and its mechanism.This study uses linear regression analysis to analyze the seventh wave of world values data.The study found that the four indicators measuring government quality have no impact on university trust except for school education,and the other three indicators have a significant impact on university trust.Among them,the perception of corruption has an inhibitory effect on university trust,and the satisfaction of government system operation and democratic satisfaction have a promoting effect on university trust.The results show that good government quality reflects strong corruption suppression,democratic satisfaction,and political system operation satisfaction.It shows that paying attention to government efficiency and political freedom,improving the integrity,fairness,and responsiveness of government quality,has a significant impact on reshaping University trust has important enlightening significance.
