脑血管病患者康复锻炼的依从性及其影响因素分析

Analysis of compliance and influencing factors of rehabilitation exercise in patients with cerebrovascular disease

目的了解康复依从性对脑血管病患者社区康复效果的影响,探讨影响患者康复锻炼依从性的因素。方法选取2020年12月—2021年1月147例社区康复3个月的脑血管病患者为研究对象,根据患者社区康复的效果分为稳定组129例、好转组12例、恶化组6例。评价Barthel指数、康复锻炼依从性,分析患者康复锻炼依从性对康复效果的影响。结果好转组患者的依从性最高,恶化组最低,不同康复效果患者的康复锻炼依从性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);社区康复效果与康复锻炼依从性(r=0.747,P<0.001)呈正相关。单因素筛选及多因素分析显示,对脑血管病患者康复锻炼依从性有影响的因素依次为年龄、收入水平、吸烟习惯。结论患者康复锻炼的依从性对康复效果有影响,依从性高的患者康复效果好,针对不同年龄和收入水平的患者,提高其自我管理能力和康复锻炼依从性可提高社区康复的效果。

Objective To understand the effect of rehabilitation compliance on community rehabilitation of patients with cerebrovascular disease,and to explore the factors that affect the compliance of rehabilitation exercise elements.Methods From December 2020 to January 2021,147 cerebrovascular disease patients who recieved 3 months of community rehabilitation were selected as the research objects.According to the eff ect of community rehabilitation,they were divided into a stable group(129 cases),an improvement group(12 cases)and a deterioration group(6 cases).The Barthel index and rehabilitation exercise compliance were evaluated,and the infl uence of rehabilitation exercise compliance on rehabilitation eff ect was analyzed.Results The compliance of patients in the improvement group was the highest,while the patients in the deterioration group was the lowest,there were signifi cant diff erences in compliance of patients with diff erent rehabilitation effects(P<0.05).The effect of community rehabilitation was positively correlated with the compliance of rehabilitation exercise(r=0.747,P<0.001).Univariate screening and multivariate analysis showed that age,income level and smoking habit were the influencing factors on compliance of rehabilitation exercise in patients with cerebrovascular disease.Conclusions The compliance of patients with rehabilitation exercise had an impact on the rehabilitation eff ect.Patients with high compliance had a good rehabilitation eff ect,for patients with diff erent ages and income levels,improving their self-management ability and compliance of rehabilitation exercise could improve the eff ect of community rehabilitation.
