聚焦解决模式护理对颈椎病患者术后睡眠质量、应对方式、自护能力和生活质量的影响

Eff ects of solution-focused model nursing on postoperative sleep quality,coping style,self-care ability and quality of life in patients with cervical spondylosis

目的探讨聚焦解决模式护理对颈椎手术患者睡眠质量、应对方式、自护能力和生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2021年3月广东省中医院珠海医院骨科行颈椎手术治疗的患者200例为研究对象,按组间基本资料可比原则分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用聚焦解决模式护理。比较两组患者术前和术后3个月时的匹兹堡指数量表(PSQI)评分、简易应对方式量表(SC-SQ)评分、自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)评分以及生活质量量表(SF-36)评分。结果观察组患者术后3个月时PSQI评分和SC-SQ量表中消极应对评分低于对照组;SC-SQ量表中积极应对评分、ESCA量表各维度评分、SF-36量表各维度评分高于对照组;组间比较各指标差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于聚焦解决模式的干预方法可以改善颈椎病患者术后睡眠质量,提高自我护理能力和生活质量。

Objective To explore the eff ects of solution-focused model nursing on sleep quality,coping style,self-care ability and quality of life of patients undergoing cervical spine surgery.Methods From January 2018 to March 2021,200 patients who underwent cervical spine surgery in Zhuhai Hospital,Guangdong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the principle of comparison of basic data between groups,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received solution-focused model nursing on the basis of the control group.The Pittsburgh Index Scale(PSQI)score,Simplifi ed Coping Style Scale(SC-SQ)score,Exercise of Self-care Agency Scale(ESCA)score and the MOS Item Short from Heath Survey(SF-36)score were compared between the two groups before operation and 3 months after operation.Results The PSQI score and negative coping score of SC-SQ scale in the observation group were lower than the control group 3 months after operation.The scores of active coping in SC-SQ scale,each dimension of ESCA scale and each dimension of SF-36 scale were higher than the control group.There were statistically signifi cant diff erences in each index between groups(P<0.05).Conclusions The intervention method based on solution-focused mode could improve the sleep quality,self-care ability and quality of life of patients with cervical spondylosis after surgery.
