护理敏感质量指标清单在癌痛患者中的应用效果

目的探究护理敏感质量指标清单应用于癌痛患者中的效果。方法选取2020年2月—2021年7月医院收治的癌症患者96例,按照组间基线资料可比的原则分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组引入护理敏感质量指标清单干预。比较两组不良事件发生率与漏报率、护理质量、疼痛评估正确率及患者癌痛知晓度。结果实施以护理敏感指标为指导的护理方法后,观察组跌倒、压力性损伤、非计划性拔管、感染及漏报发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组基础护理质量、危重患者护理质量、专科护理质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组月平均疼痛评估正确率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组癌痛知晓问卷评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理敏感质量指标清单应用于癌痛患者可有效减少不良事件,提高护理质量、疼痛评估正确率及患者癌痛知晓度。

Objective To explore the eff ect of nursing sensitive quality indicators list in patients with cancer pain.Methods A total of 96 cancer patients admitted in the hospital from February 2020 to July 2021 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,with 48 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,the observation group received nursing sensitive quality indicator list intervention.The incidence of adverse events and missed report rate,nursing quality,accuracy rate of pain assessment and awareness of cancer pain were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of fall,pressure injury,unplanned extubation,infection and missed report tate in the observation group were lower than the control group after the implementation of nursing sensitive indicators as guidance(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing quality,nursing quality of severy patients and specialized nursing quality in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05);The accuracy rate of monthly average pain assessment in the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The cancer pain awareness questionnaire score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of nursing sensitive quality indicator list in patients with cancer pain could eff ectively reduce adverse events,improve the quality of nursing,the accuracy of pain assessment and the awareness of cancer pain.
