术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理对乳腺癌患者术后的影响

Eff ect of intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing on female patients after operation

目的探讨术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理对女性患者术后焦虑抑郁和认知功能的影响。方法选取2019年6月—2020年12月于医院接受手术治疗的60例乳腺癌患者,按照组间基线资料可比的原则,分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组患者仅给予常规护理,观察组患者在常规护理的基础上实施术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理,比较两组患者切口愈合状况、自我护理能力、焦虑抑郁水平、认知功能和护理满意程度。结果实施术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理后,观察组患者切口愈合状况和满意程度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理后,观察组患者自我护理能力评分、MMSE评分、MoCA评分、ADL评分均高于对照组,SAS评分、SDS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论术中聆听性音乐治疗联合心理护理在改善女性患者术后焦虑抑郁,提高患者认知功能方面的效果明显。

Objective To explore the effect of intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing on postoperative anxiety,depression and cognitive function of female patients.Methods 60 breast cancer patients who received surgical treatment in the hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were selected.According to the principle of comparable baseline data between groups,they were divided into an observation group and a control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group given the regular nursing intervention,the observation group received intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The wound healing condition,self-care ability,anxiety and depression level,cognitive function and nursing satisfaction level were compared between the two groups.Results After the implementation of intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing,the wound healing condition and satisfaction level of the observation group were higher than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).After the implementation of intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing,the self-care ability score,MMSE score,MoCA score and ADL score of the observation group were higher than the control group,the SAS score and SDS score were lower than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intraoperative listening music therapy combined with psychological nursing could improve the anxiety and depression of female patients after surgery,improve the cognitive function of patients.
