患者参与饮食管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者术后疼痛及康复的影响 被引量:2

Effect of patients involved diet management on postoperative pain and rehabilitation in patients with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome

摘要 目的探讨患者参与饮食管理对阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)患者术后疼痛及康复的影响。方法选取2019年1—12月某三级甲等医院OSAHS术后患者分为对照组和观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采取患者参与饮食管理模式。通过访谈、问卷调查及患者饮食记录等进行资料收集,将数据录入SPSS 19.0统计软件进行分析,比较两组患者术后进食进水量、术后第5天体质量及BMI下降幅度、术后疼痛评分、继发性出血发生率、呛咳及鼻咽反流发生率及住院天数。结果观察组在术后前5 d每日进食进水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组体质量改变量、BMI改变量低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后每日疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后继发性出血及呛咳发生率低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院周期短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论OSAHS术后患者参与饮食管理,能增加患者术后进食进水量,减少体质量及BMI下降幅度,减轻患者疼痛,减少术后继发性出血及呛咳发生率,促进切口愈合及机体康复,缩短住院周期率。 Objective To investigate the eff ect of patients involved diet management on postoperative pain and rehabilitation in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea-Hypopnea Syndrome(OSAHS).Methods OSAHS postoperation patients in a ClassⅢGrade A hospital from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was adopted the patiens involved diet management model.Through interviews,questionnaires and diet records of data collection,To enter the data SPSS 19.0 statistics software to analysis,compare two groups of patients with postoperative eating into the water,the quality of postoperative 5 days,and BMI decreased,the incidence of postoperative pain score,secondary bleeding,choking cough and incidence of nasopharyngeal regurgitation and hospitalization days.Results The daily water intake of the observation group was higher than the control group in the fi rst 5 days after operation,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The body weight change and BMI change of the observation group were lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The postoperative daily pain score of the observation group was lower than the control group,the diff erence was statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative secondary bleeding and cough in the observation group was lower than the control group,the diff erences were statistically signifi cant(P<0.05).The hospitalization period of the observation group was shorter than the control group,the diff erence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The patients involved diet management in OSAHS postoperation patients could increase the amount of water intake,reduce the decrease of body weight and BMI,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of postoperative secondary bleeding and cough,promote incision healing and body rehabilitation,and shorten the hospitalization cycle rate.
