护理专业学生高质量人才培养教学实践--基于第10届中国大学生医学技术技能竞赛的启示 被引量:3

摘要 高质量教育体系的落脚点是人才培养。中国大学生医学技术技能大赛在深入推进医学教育改革中发挥着举足轻重的作用。笔者针对往届医学竞赛所存在的动手能力差,基本操作技能不规范、注重形式忽视内涵,临床思维、人文关怀和团队协作能力亟待加强等问题,就我校参加第10届中国大学生技术技能大赛实践反思院校教育,强调以“三基”、技能操作、临床思维、人文关怀、团队协作等方面为抓手,以赛促改,培养医学生扎实的理论功底、过硬的操作技能、应变的临床思维、温馨的人文关怀、自然的团队合作,将高等教育的专业培养目标落到实处,增强大学生服务社会的意识和临床实践本领。 The foothold of high quality education system is high quality talents training.China university students'medical technical skills competition plays an important role in advancing the reform of medical education.In view of the problems existing in the previous medical competitions,such as low practical ability,non-standard basic operation skills,focus on the form and ignoring the connotation,clinical thinking,humanistic care and teamwork ability need to be strengthened,the author refl ected on the practice of our school's participation in the 10th China technical skills competition for university students.Emphasizing on"Three Basic"(basic theory,basic knowledge,basic skill),operation skills and clinical thinking,humanities concern,team cooperation,etc.,and communities in to promote change,to cultivate medical students a solid theory foundation of basic skills,excellent operation skills,strain of clinical thinking,warm humanities,natural team work,implement the professional training goal of higher education,enhance college students'consciousness of serving society and clinical practice ability.
