基于模糊DEMATEL的城市灾害韧性影响因素研究

Research on Influencing Factors of Urban Disaster Resilience Based on Fuzzy DEMATEL

提高城市灾害韧性,可有效减少因自然灾害和人为冲击造成的城市系统的破坏,因此有必要对城市灾害韧性的影响因素进行研究分析。城市灾害韧性涉及范围广泛,影响因素众多,本文通过三角模糊数与DEMATEL法相结合系统分析了各因素间的影响关系和重要程度,结果表明,应急保障资源与设施占比、基础设施稳定性、灾害救援能力是最重要的二级影响因素,基础设施韧性是最重要的一级影响因素,最后根据分析结果提出韧性提升建议。

To improve urban disaster resilience could reduce efficiently the damage to urban system caused by natural disasters and man-made shocks,so it is necessary to study and analyze the influencing factors of urban disaster resilience.Urban disaster resilience involves a wide range and affected by many factors,based on the triangular fuzzy number and the DEMATEL method of system analysis of the influence of the relationship and importance between various factors,the results show that the emergency protection of resources and facilities,infrastructure stability and disaster rescue ability are the most important secondary influence factors.Infrastructure resilience is the most important first influencing factor.Finally,based on the analysis results,suggestions for improving urban disaster resilience were put forward.
