摘要
全方位推进高质量发展已经成为经济社会发展的鲜明主题,物流业作为国民经济的基础性、战略性、先导性产业,提升区域物流能力对区域经济和国民经济高质量发展具有重要作用。本文以皖江城市带为例,结合高质量发展要求和区域特点,构建区域物流能力评价指标体系,利用熵值-TOPSIS模型对区域物流能力进行评价,集成核密度估计和空间布局分析探究其时空演变特征。研究结果表明,在时序演变上,皖江城市带物流能力整体呈稳中向好态势,大致经历了3个阶段,地区间差距逐渐缩小;在空间分布上,合肥市物流能力一直处于领先水平,相邻年份皖江城市带物流能力空间分布保持不变。因此,物流能力处于较低水平的城市政府要在物流基础设施建设方面给予适度的政策倾斜,具有较高物流能力的城市要积极发挥自身的辐射作用,带动周边城市物流能力的进一步提升。
It has become the distinctive theme of economic and social development to promote high-quality development on all fronts・Logistics industry is a basic,strategic and pioneering industry of the national economy.Enhancing regional logistics capacity plays an important role in regional economy and national economy with high-quality development.This paper took the Wanjiang urban belt as an example,and combined the requirements of high-quality development and regional characteristics to construct an evaluation index system for regional logistics capabilities.Meanwhile,this paper used the entropy-TOPSIS model to evaluate the regional logistics capacity.Moreover,this paper integrated kernel density estimation and spatial layout analysis to explore its spatiotemporal evolution characteristics.The results show that,in terms of time series evolution,the logistics capacity of the Wanjiang urban belt has been growing continuously,and has roughly gone through three stages,the gap between regions has gradually narrowed,and the overall trend is stable and positive.In terms of spatial distribution,Hefei city's logistics capacity has always been in the lead.The spatial distribution of logistics capacity in the Wanjiang urban belt in adjacent years remains unchanged.Therefore,the city government with a relatively low level of logistics capacity should give appropriate policy inclination in the construction of logistics infrastructure,and the city with a relatively high logistics capacity should actively play its own radiation role to drive the further improvement of the logistics capacity of surrounding cities.
