新鲜螺旋藻中β-胡萝卜素提取与测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的测定新鲜螺旋藻中β-胡萝卜素的含量,并与螺旋藻藻粉中β-胡萝卜素含量进行比较。方法通过单因素实验观察超声时间、提取剂体积、提取温度、提取时间对提取β-胡萝卜素含量的影响,利用正交试验确定最佳提取工艺,采用分光光度法对β-胡萝卜素进行含量测定。结果以石油醚为提取剂,超声20min,提取剂体积15mL,在35℃下浸提10h,测得新鲜螺旋藻中β-胡萝卜素含量为177.95mg/100g,螺旋藻藻粉中β-胡萝卜素含量为117.40mg/100g。结论新鲜螺旋藻中β-胡萝卜素的含量比螺旋藻粉中的β-胡萝卜素含量高。 Objective The study is to determine the content ofβ-carotene in fresh spirulina and compare it with the content ofβ-carotene in spirulina powder.Methods Single factor experiment of ultrasonic time,extracting volume,extracting temperature,and extracting time was used to investigation the content of extractedβ-carotene which is determined by spectrophotometry,While orthogonal test is used to gain the best extraction process.Results In the best condition of 15 ml petroleum ether ultrasonic for 20 min,and extracting at 35℃for 10 h,the content ofβ-carotene in fresh spirulina was 177.95 mg/100 g,while the content ofβ-carotene in spirulina algae powder was 117.40 mg/100 g.Conclusion The content ofβ-carotene in fresh spirulina is higher than that in spirulina powder.
