“一带一路”背景下广西港口物流对国际贸易的影响

Influence of Port Logistics on Foreign Trade in Guangxi in Context of Belt and Road Initiative

基于“一带一路”背景,以2011-2021年广西港口物流重要指标和广西国际贸易相关指标为样本,借助拓展的贸易引力模型研究广西港口物流对其外贸的影响。实证结果表明,提高广西港口物流水平可以减少距离对其贸易的阻力,且增强中国东盟自贸区和“一带一路”倡议对贸易的促进效应,其中港口物流效率提高10%可以使广西区内对外贸易总额增长13.79%。广西港口物流对其国际贸易促进作用显著,因此,需要完善广西港口基础设施、加强港口分工协作、振兴临港产业集群、健全港口组织运输体系,以促进广西国际贸易蓬勃增长。

Against the background of the Belt and Road Initiative,the paper took the relevant indexes of the port logistics and foreign trade in Guangxi from 2011 to 2021 as the sample,and studied the impact of port logistics on foreign trade in the region with the expanded trade gravity model.The empirical result showed that improving the level of port logistics in Guangxi could reduce the adverse effect of distance to foreign trade,and enhance the promotion effect of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area and the Belt and Road Initiative on foreign trade,whereby,a 10%increase in port logistics efficiency could increase the total volume of foreign trade in Guangxi by 13.79%.Port logistics in Guangxi played a significant role in promoting its foreign trade,so it is necessary to improve its port infrastructure,strengthen the division of labor and cooperation,revitalize the port-adjacent industrial clusters,and improve the port organization and transportation system to promote the vigorous growth of foreign trade in Guangxi.
