摘要
产教赛融合,即把行业、教学与大赛密切结合,依托行业,以赛促学,以产促教。基于物流专业“产教赛融合”发展现状,结合教学与人才培养实践经验,提出加强校企合作育师育人、将竞赛元素融入课程设计、完善激励机制等建议,为应用型大学人才培养提供参考。
Based on the development status of the integration of industry,education and competition in the logistics specialty,and in combination with the practical experience of teaching and talent training,the paper put forward a series of suggestions on strengthening school-enterprise cooperative education,integrating competition elements into curriculum design and improving incentive mechanism,so as to provide references for talent training in application-oriented universities.
