摘要
探究葎草不同器官对白花泡桐生长的化感影响,为减轻林下葎草对泡桐生长的负面影响提供参考依据。采用纸上发芽法,配置不同质量浓度的葎草茎、叶、苞片浸提液(0.100、0.075、0.050、0.025 g/mL)和不同配比的种子,通过探究葎草不同器官对白花泡桐种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响,评价葎草各器官的化感潜力。结果显示:高浓度葎草苞片浸提液对于白花泡桐生长发育的抑制效果最强,低浓度的茎、叶、苞片浸提液对白花泡桐生长发育都能起到较好的促进作用,浸提液整体表现为低促高抑;白花泡桐种子:葎草种子的比值越小,葎草种子对白花泡桐种子的化感抑制效果就越强,通过对比聚类分析结果和化感效应指数,葎草各器官浸提液化感作用由强到弱表现为苞片>叶片≈茎>种子。
To reduce the negative effects on Paulownia fortunei by Humulus scandens which growth under the this plantation,providing the basis for reducing the negative effects,we need to explore the allelopathy of different parts of H.scandens on the growth of P.fortune.Seeds were cultured on the paper containing the different concentrations of H.scandens stem,leaf,bract extract(0.100,0.075,0.05,0.025 g/mL)and different proportions of seeds.By exploring the effects of different parts of H.scandens on seed germination and seedling growth of P.fortune,we intend to evaluate the allelopathy potential of different parts of H.scandens.The results showed that high concentration of H.scandens bract extract had the strongest inhibition on the growth of P.fortunei.The low concentration extract of stem,leaf and bract could promote P.fortunei growing.The low concentrations extract have promoting effect and the high concentrations extract have inhibiting effect on growth of P.fortunei seeding.The smaller the content of P.fortunei and H.scandens seeds ratio,the H.scandens seeds have stronger inhibition effect on P.fortunei seeds.By comparing the cluster analysis results and the sum of Response index(RI),it can be concluded that the allelopathic effect order of aqueous extracts from different parts of H.scandens was bract>leaf≈stem>seed.
