云南松花粉中总黄酮和总酚含量的株间差异研究 被引量:2

Preliminary Study on Individual Differences of Total Flavonoid and Total Phenol Contents in Pollen of Pinus yunnanesis

摘要 为研究云南松不同个体花粉中功能性成分的差异,采用酶标法测定17个云南松单株花粉中的总黄酮含量和总酚含量。结果显示:云南松花粉中的总黄酮含量和总酚含量在单株间差异极显著(P<0.01),总黄酮相差可达43.9%,总酚相差可达81.8%,种源间差异不显著,适合开展个体选择(花粉优株选择);云南松花粉中总黄酮含量与总酚含量呈正相关关系,总酚含量高的单株,也具有较高的总黄酮含量;总酚含量与云南松的生长呈正相关,总黄酮含量与云南松生长相关性较小,但二者的含量均与雄球花的粗壮程度密切相关,雄球花越粗壮二者含量越高,因此在开展花粉优株选择时,雄球花粗应纳入选择指标。 In order to clarify difference in the functional components of the pollen of different individuals of Pinus yunnanensis,the enzyme-labeled method was used to measure the contents of total flavonoid and total phenol in the pollen of 17 Yunnan pine plants.The results showed that the total flavonoid and total phenol content in P.yunnanensis pollen were significantly different among individual plants(P=0.000<0.01),the total flavonoid difference could reach 43.9%,and the total phenol difference could reach 81.8%.The geographical difference is not significant,and it is suitable for individual selection(selection of excellent pollen individuals);the total flavonoid content in Yunnan pine pollen is positively correlated with the total phenol content.A pollen individual with a high total phenol content also has a higher total flavonoid content;The total phenol content is positively correlated with the growth of P.yunnanensis.The total flavonoid content has little correlation with the growth of P.yunnanensis,but the content of both is closely related to the robustness of the male cone,and the thicker the male cone,the higher the content of both.Therefore,the diameter of male cones should be included in the selection index of pollen superior plants.
