摘要
某金矿石为中等硫化物多金属含金矿石,金品位为5.85 g/t,银、铜、铅、锌、硫具有综合回收价值。为给矿石的高效分选提供依据,进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明:①矿石中中、细粒金占75.65%,粗粒金占19.40%,微粒金占4.95%;②矿石中裂隙金占47.51%,粒间金占31.22%,包裹金占21.27%,其中硫化物包裹金占17.77%;③矿石中金矿物以自然金为主,大粒金表面清洁、无污染,仅有极少量金与脉石或方铅矿连生。矿石中的金矿物较易回收。
A gold ore with gold grade of 5.85 g/t was medium sulfide content and multi-metal gold ore,in which the silver,copper,lead,zinc and sulphur are worthy of comprehensive recovery.In order to provide the basis for the efficient separation of the ores,process mineralogy research were conducted.The results indicated that:①The content of the medium-fine particles gold,coarse particles gold and microfine gold particles were 75.65%,19.40%and 4.95%,respectively.②The content of fracture gold,intergranular gold and wrapped gold were 47.51%,31.22%and 21.27%,respectively,among which the content of gold wrapped in sulfide was 17.77%.③Most of gold minerals in the ores were natural gold.The surface of large particle gold was clean and un-pollution,and only minute quantity gold was intergrowth with gangue minerals or galena.The gold minerals in the ores are easily to be recovered.
